This is one of the few places that you know you'll find a dress for your young lady. The selection was so-so but it's not quite the Easter and spring seasons yet. I'll just say JCPenney is an old reliable in shopping for your daughters and wives fellas.

Got tons of doorbuster sales and I head straight to the clearance in almost every department enjoy the spacious alcohols and walkways but was difficult to find a person to help with items

I have never been so ripped off by another business like I did here. Just so everyone knows, if you are going to get photos here, just don’t. We didn’t feel the need to look at how much it was going to cost for photos because we figured it would be a reasonable price. It turned out, they charge $20 per photo, any size, and an extra $14 PER PERSON, without any knowledge beforehalnd. The lady only took one single photo for each pose, did not check to see if it looked alright, then rushed us to do the next pose. We were only given 10-15 minutes for our session, then were essentially pushed out of the store after paying. Mind you we bought 3 photos, only had 2 people, and the total was $106. Unless taxes came out to be $18, there was an extra $10 added unnecessarily, and I was not given a physical receipt when I asked for one. My advice for anyone thinking of coming here, if you know anyone with a camera, or even a phone for that matter, have them take your photos.

I walked into the entrance next the beauty salon. I was there to pick up an online order. There is all kinds of signage for checkout. But the signage for online order pickup is a totally different color and oriented differently from the checkout signs. You can only see the sign coming from the other direction. I walked all around the downstairs then went upstairs to look for the pickup point. Finally I found an employee and was told it was right against the wall where I entered. They would do well to increase the signage and place some signs at other points in the store. It also would have been simple to give those directions in the text telling me my package was ready for pickup.

Mostly awesome. Black lady who works mornings at lady’s check-out is always rude to me. She worked upstairs JUNE 14TH at 1:00 PM so there is no confusion. I spent 500$ this week most in a second store location. So please give me more respect. Well everyone else too!

Amanda was outstanding in the men's Tuxedo department. She gave better service than two high end stores we visited. We visited a third time on Thursday 10 minutes before close and gave great service again. Kim at the register was outstanding as well.
