“I just wanted to say how thrilled we were with the personalized service we received from Helena at the Glenbrook location. She was attentive and kind. She listened to everything and offered suggestions and direction. We ended up getting my solitaire custom made on a gold band with a platinum halo basket. When I couldn’t find the exact band I was looking for she said, hang on a sec, she walked to the opposite side of the store and came back with a gorgeous ring! I said, “Oh girl, that is it!” I shopped while my fiancé had champagne. It was such en enjoyable experience that Helena helped make perfect!”

“I've been going to Voors for a few years now, whether it's to have a new battery installed or have a stainless steel bracelet sized on a new watch. Never had any issues and he seems to be a great guy.Most of the time, the work is done while you wait, but there was one instance when I took two watches (one for my watch, one for my wife) that needed new batteries. He told me to come back in an hour, so my wife and I went to Curly's and had a few beers and came back later. No problem.This morning, I came in to have a new watch band resized and he did it in just a few minutes while we discussed the weather. Now it fits perfectly and he only charged $6. And I paid in cash. Cash is king here.I'm a watch enthusiast with a 12-slot display box with different watches of varying price points that include automatics and quartz watches.
