I contacted the local office on Lima rd and spoke with the owner about a cap and gown. He seemed to be frustrated with clients calling and ordering cap and gowns at the last minute. I have the owner my card information over phone to order I called back 3 days later a lady told me the owner haven’t put an order in for a cap and gown and she had one there for me to come purchase that one . I went and purchased the one from the lady. Later on that day I was checking my bank account and seen that Jostens charged me twice on the same day for the same cap and gown . Now I’m having a problem getting my money back .they don’t say hey! Congratulations!! Your kids made it or nothing, just negative vibes all about them and we paying our money to support there small business obviously.

I've tried 5 times to get in touch with the rep. I just need to order a cap and gown...would love to do online, but they don't allow it. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

This place is joke I drove an hour to talk to a sale rep that not in .they didn’t want to deal with me that sent my stuff to the main office win they said they would get ahold of me

The number for this "appointment only" location is the 800 number. If you call, expect to be repeatedly transferred, wait on hold forever, and be spoken to as though you're a concussed, small child (i.e. very condescendingly)- yet STILL not get contact information for this office.
