I ordered a reconditioned wheel for my Buick LeSabre on one day at 13:30, and, received it the next day by 12:30! This wheel traveled from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Willoughby Ohio in less than a day via UPS. This wheel was packaged up beautifully and arrived safely! Thank you!

This is really a 1 star review for all of LKQ. I've had fine experiences with them before but I tried to get a part for one of my customer cars from a LKQ in a different state. Got bounced all around on the phone between corporate and local LKQ getting hung up on and on hold for long periods of time and finally gave up after almost 2 hours. If you need to talk to someone on the phone with this company just don't waste your time

The receiving door is NOT well marked....if you're here for LKQ, Keystone, or PGW Auto Glass, there is a blue door on the east side of the building to the left of a concrete ramp with black rails.....go in there, the guys will help ya out!Less than 1 hour they had me unloaded ?
