The older ladies at the self check out are snooty, unfriendly and worthless. It is not that hard to be helpful and welcoming.

Everything we visit this Kroger we are impressed by its cleanliness, selection and friendly staff. Today when we loaded our car's trunk we viewed something outstanding. The young man collecting the carts spoke to each person he met with a " have a good day" Nice. Good training I guess!

I'm guessing the pharmacy is understaffed and underpaid. Terrible customer service and rude. I won't be using them again.
