Kroger Pharmacy on West State does a great job at the difficult work of handling meds. My refills are ready quickly, and if there are issues they do a great job of explaining what happened and what our next steps are. Pharmacies are busy places and often are the ones having to relay complicated info and issues that aren’t their fault- usually something that went wrong with the Dr’s office or insurance. Super appreciative of everyone at this location for their knowledge, hard work, and empathy.

I don't know what has been going on lately but I Triple check to make sure my meds are ready and no billing issues and every time I get here and they are not ready and there are billing issues. Done

I loathe digital coupons!! If you want to sell groceries then sell them. It's discrimination against elderly people as well as non-tech savy people who don't want to mess with it. My parents still have flip phones and have no internet access at their lake place.West State Kroger is no different than any other Kroger. It's not this stores fault they have to go by what the corporation says to do. Basically life is to busy to have to mess with this crap. You have to be a genius to calculate how to get more fuel points, save money, blah, blah, blah. It's a pain in the A$$. Even the employees hate them because they have to listen to all the complaints.

Well one thing i do no. 100 percent for sure they are so prompt and on time the staff are all hep full. and if you dont understand how to take you medicine they will take there time and read it and show you kind and pleasant over 5 star check them out if your looking for Quick fast and out the door with Goodness

Kroger Pharmacy W. State . Was given the wrong prescription. Got called asking if I could bring it back . Brought it back the next morning . They said the correct prescription would be ready by 11:00 am and it was not necessary to call ahead to make sure it was ready. Got there at 11:45 am and it wasn’t ready . They had it ready in about 5 minutes. That wasn’t a problem . They never said they were sorry or thanked me for making an extra trip. Disappointed !

The employees working tonight totally saved me! I waited until the last possible day and the last possible hour to fill my prescription before a surgery and they had it ready in under 5 minutes AND with a smile. Thank you!!!
