I have been going there for years. Usually its been great service. I love the red head lady named joan and a gentleman named chad are very efficient..but as of lately i have gotten rude service from a pharmacist there. I think her name is Jane. Very rude! I will not be going there anymore!

3 visits same result every time. Rude, couldn't readily locate my meds, and pill bottles were near impossible to open with my arthritis. I will never go back there and as a result won"t shop at Krogers .

The Kroger Pharmacy is a horrid place to have to go to. The least little thing a Customers says or questions upsets the Pharmacy staff and Pharmacists and they become rude and arrogant.

Was a little bit disappointed in the pharmacy because they said that they were open until 1:00 come to find out they've been closed for an hour and a half and I got life-saving medication that I can't get because they say that they're open on the website but they're closed and they're taking an hour and a half lunch they're only supposed to take a half an hour it says it's closed from 1:00 p.m. until 1:30 and it's 12:30 till 1:30 so they're taking an hour lunch and I have medication that has to take now and they're closed and they're supposed to be open the website says they're open very bad review if it was life saving emergency medication I wouldn't get it and I would probably die thank you Kroger

Waited an hour to come get prescriptions and then was told to wait 30 minutes… nobody was in line before me or after me… Lady seemed like she was irritated that we came there.

Called and they said my meds would be ready today now they won't give them to me saying I already picked them up well I didn't and I'm out of my meds they don't care 1 bit they won't tell me what's going on

No one answers the phone, the 2x someone actually did answer the woman was extremely rude and short with me on the phone. I'm not a usual customer of Kroger pharmacy but my pharmacy was out of stock of something I needed right away. But just with the few interactions I've had with Kroger pharmacy I would never use them, unless dire straits like I am now.
