I had gotten a text from the pharmacy that I had a med ready. Cool, sent my husband to go pick it up. Husband calls and said they have nothing. I thought it was strange I got a text but noticed it was sent to the WEST state Krogers. This is also strange as I’ve never filled at that one before. Called west state Krogers and she said they had a message from the original Krogers to fill the med. didn’t call me, didn’t ask me anything about switching it. West state Krogers technician there tells me to call the original Krogers to see what’s going on. So, I did. This tech at west state was SO NICE. I wish I would have gotten her name.
I got a technician who answered the phone first. Gave the man ( who I assumed was the older gentleman that works there) my name and he starts talking about a bunch of medication I do not and never have taken. Hippa violation much? Pop off. He FINALLY pulls up the correct patient and says they have to order it. But can’t tell me how it was sent to that other Krogers. Or how a medication I never ordered or put in was being worked on. Okay fine, maybe the pharmacist knows. So I ask to talk to her. After I was on hold for a few minutes the pharmacist (her name was Lauren) answers rudely “Can I help you?” Wow, probably not how you should answer the phone but okay. Tell her what’s going on and she replies “well I’m gonna need your birthday and your name” so I give that to her. The phone is silent for awhile and she tells me they have no idea who had my script sent over. And that basically it was my issue to figure that out.
Cmon Krogers. Do so much better than this. Train your techs better, and maybe make sure your pharmacist has some phone etiquette. Mail orders looking pretty nice right about now

Love Kroger Pick-up. Katelyn is friendly, helpful and does a fantastic job packing the car so nothing gets damaged. And...she always has a treat for my puppy!

I can’t over state how helpful Sarah and James have been at finding medicine savings! This is my forever pharmacy! Kudos kudos kiddos. If you are getting medication somewhere else what’s wrong with you? This team is A+++

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. They have very limited hours and close the earlier than posted hours. Dropped a prescription off and went back to get it. All I needed was to pick up a ready prescription. I caught the lady leaving and she was very rude and said there was nothing she could do. Will never use that pharmacy again and will stop shopping at kroger all together.

They used to be my go-to pharmacy. They have really gone downhill recently with changing their hours, taking days to fill a script and long lines of people. I moved all my prescriptions across the street to CVS and have been very happy so far!!!!!

I just waited 15 minutes to pick up a prescription, even though there was only one person ahead of me, and I could see five employees "working" behind the counter. It makes no sense to me. Yesterday, the line was seven people long. A couple of weeks ago I went in to pick up, only to learn that I would have to get back in my car and line up at the drive- up window.

The service and communication at this pharmacy is horrible. It used to be okay service, now they are always behind, POOR communication. Called for a refill to be refilled, used the automated line, didn’t work and sent me to a live person to repeat everything. Once I got through to someone I was placed on hold for quite some time, then they picked up and said “thank you for holding,” and I was placed back on hold. Customer service is horrible here. I use this pharmacy for convenience only, but it is no longer convenient to utilize their services.

They told me that my heart medication was only for maintenance and it would e ready in3 days they had other more important scripts to fill I had to argue with her to get it filled sooner

Made an appointment 2 days ago for covid testing. Recieved two conformation emails. Arrived only to be told there are no testing supplies.
