Slow, rude, meds never ready. They say come back they will be ready. U go back still not ready and then u have to wait to get them filled. Employees are generally rude. Never smile. Slow drive up also.

I have never had an issue with this pharmacy.

Waited 2.5 weeks for a mental health medication. First it needed approval from Kroger then insurance then Kroger again. And they wonder why there is a mental health crisis. Pharmacies don’t help any.

It’s literally always something with this pharmacy. Every. Single. Time. The short Caucasian young woman with the red/blonde hair is the only one that is ever helpful. I really wanted to like this pharmacy because it’s closer but I loathe having to pick up my medication from this pharmacy. It actually causes me anxiety.
Edit: the last two experiences have been an improvement so maybe they are trying to get it together. I'll give it another chance.

It’s a smaller Kroger which obviously has a smaller pharmacy and they serve a lot of people especially in the area that it’s located. It’s either Kroger (?) or Walgreens and Kroger has much better prices anyway. The pharmacy is always busy and apparently short on help, technicians and pharmacists, but they always get the job done accurately. I’ve never ever had any issues with this or any Kroger Pharmacies. Definitely 5 star.

i had to rate it atleast one, i had no choice to give it zero stars. the only medication they fill on time or if they are automatic refills if my doctor calls in a prescription they won’t fill it unless I called them and asked them to fill it. Can never have emergency medication‘s the same day. If I need a doctors authorization to refill a prescription, they will tell me they will contact the provider, they never do. today i’ve tried to call them 12 times and the phone has rang no less than 16min each time with no answer. i have covid and was expected to start my meds today and can not because they’re negligent filling prescriptions. i’ve spoke to them about this on several occasions. now, i think it’s time to get corporate involved. 100% do not recommend wayndale location!

This pharmacy is the worst. I went into get a Rx for my husband only 2 people working as usual. Neither one acknowledged I was there and I know they saw me. I stood there for a good 10 minutes. So I just left. They are rude to boot. Last time I had to pick up a Rx. The gal checking me out said “ it’s 3 O'clock. I’m out and logged off the computer in the middle of the transaction and some one else Finally came and finished it. They will ignore you at the drive up to even if you ring the buzzer. Looks really messy and unorganized as well.

Should have known not to try this pharmacy again. Previously I started going to Coventry because I never had a problem. Tried Waynedale again because I would be closer one day. Still understaffed and lack of communication.

Two stars only because it would break my heart to give them one, which is what they deserve. I have been a grocery customer at this location since it was ROGERS in the seventies. We've been a pharmacy customer since they opened. Between my wife and I we literally manage about 15-16 monthly prescriptions plus the occasional illness. But they are almost always understaffed. The norm is that the prescriptions are NEVER ready, many times even after we get an automated call saying the prescriptions are ready. And despite the fact that some of these medicines are extremely bad to skip a dose, they will often literally look at you like you're the inconvenience, and can't you come back tomorrow, or at least wait an hour or two? If you give them any push back, such as "this prescription was supposed to be ready three days ago and I'm out", they'll inevitably get defensive, almost never apologetic. When you factor in that we live more than twenty minutes away, it seems like maybe we're the problem for sticking with Kroger. Enough. Well be switching to another company. This review was my last straw, as I wait, again, on January 12 for blood pressure medicines that were supposed to be ready on the ninth. This'll also cost Kroger a lot of grocery and gas sales, since will undoubtedly switch those habits as we make this long overdue change.

They never answer the phone when I call. And they are rude when they do. My opinion is that they are very lazy and seems like they don't want to do there job.

It's not the fault of the workers. They try hard but I don't use this place anymore. Most of the time, they don't even have time to answer the phone. I get it, but now I am getting scripts for someone that is terminal. Maybe get a new manager of this store.

Kroger Pharmacy in Waynedale in my opinion have a great staff. Always friendly and helpful. They've always tried to get my prescriptions ready when I've needed them! Definitely recommend!

I think they are very busy and sometimes short-staffed, but otherwise I believe they know what they're doing and are trying.
