I started shopping at this Kroger a few months ago, and every single experience has been an absolute nightmare—especially with online pickup. The wait times are ridiculous, often over 35 minutes, and then you’re told your order still isn’t ready and have to come back later. It’s a complete waste of time and shows how poorly managed this store is.
The online ordering system is a joke. Budget-friendly items are almost always marked “out of stock,” forcing you to choose the most expensive options. But when you go into the store, those "out of stock" items are sitting on the shelves fully stocked. It feels like a deliberate scam to squeeze more money out of customers.

Do not do grocery pick up, it’s typically running late and there will be long wait times when you pick up. Today I had an order to be picked up from 11-12 pm. I was called at 10:50 am to be told it would be after 1 pm. Despite several times of this and reporting issues, there is no change. I have also been told they didn’t have an item only to go in to the store to find it.

Be vigilant! When you come here in big trucks! The place is small! There's no room for a full turn! By all means get your foot in the door! A local truck should work here!!! Why if they knew that there will be a store here do not make a normal entrance and exit as it should be!!!! Very sad

Must have a Kroger Card +Coupon to get discounts on many items, totally confusing not user friendly.

I'm just over it. For whatever reason it happens to me everytime I use the check out lane. I can grab 2 things or a dozen and it will randomly select me (the minority) for "assistance" when I chose nothing of a sort. As if someone needs to check my bags due to the color of my skin. I'm just about 100% that the cameras are not randomly selecting individuals and instead has been given selected information to choose minorities for inspection. Apart from the racist cameras, the individuals who work there are always pleasant, courteous, and informative. They are the reason why my rating is a 4 star. If it wasn't for always being the lucky one to have "assistance" in the self checkout lane it would be a 5 star.

As far as grocery stores go, Kroger is one of my favorites, this Kroger is not the big Kroger that has everything, but it's not the cramped one at Georgetown Square, either.

Had to wait in line at the self checkout for 20 minutes because they let people get in line for self. Checkout with a full cart load.
Ridiculous, a couple people in line said they will not come back to this kroger's on west state again
