Don’t buy the food that Kroger’s make like the chicken and cookies or baked goods. I bought some fried chicken and it had feathers still on the chicken. That means they didn’t clean the chicken at all. Chicken should cleaned and NEVER HAVE ANY FEATHERS ON IT. I also bought some cookies they tasted like oil. Nasty truly nasty you can’t the taste the cookie because of the oily aftertaste. I am warning everyone DONT BUY THE COOKED FOOD FROM KROGER ITS UNCLEANED AND THE TASTE IS HORRIBLE!

They only have 3 accessible motorized carts in the entrance and only two of them work The workers are cool used to live by this Kroger, but no longer do the store was well kept, and clean

Wanna feel like a criminal while you're working? This is the place for you. When I say working, I mean while you're checking yourself out. The CEO of Kroger should be ashamed. Hiring security with an employee at self checkout, but can't have anyone work the regular check out lanes? If something doesn't scan while it goes over the scanner, you get to wait 5 minutes for the employee to inspect what you're doing and re-set the scanner. What a joke, especially when it's busy and you line up down the isles. Hope your yacht is worth it.

Never enough help at checkout. I will not use self check out, so if they tell me no one to check me out I'll leave my cart with them and leave,about a $200 cart full. Every Saturday morning almost. What is going to happen is there going to loose My business. A lot of digital stuff for coupons not in store and they don't do rain checks for that.

This Kroger has tanked within the last year or so. I have lived in the area for over 6 years, and it never used to be like this. I will literally drive miles out of my way to avoid this location. Such a shame.

It's Kroger. Nothing terribly fancy, decent selection of items to buy, but it's falling victim to the same problems as other grocery stores, namely reduced staffing in favor of self check outs. This store needs to hire more people at reasonable rates of pay to stay longer to accomodate the larger crowds that will be coming in.

Worse Kroger in the city. Never any lanes open, employees standing around waiting for a carnival to appear outside smh lazy workers. Baggers won’t bag. They just look at you like it’s your job

This store was a little scary walking into. They have only one entrance (the other side is locked during the day and night hours), security guard at the door and lots of security cameras outside of the store (throughout the parking lot). I don't know what happens in the area but this was a scary Kroger location. I usually go to the one on Coventry Lane and it does none of this, so I'm not sure if something happened previously at this store which is why they need heightened security but it just felt odd at a simple grocery store. The store was clean, well stocked however.

Walked out of the store and left my groceries for the second time. if I have to wait more than five minutes for someone to come and check my ID or fix something on the scan I’m done. If this store cannot handle it scans and maybe it should get its cashiers back. because it seems like they can’t handle it. I’ve left my groceries and walked out pissed off.

This is by far the worst management team in all of Kroger. NO CASH in self check out registers on Sundays. Waste of time standing in long lines. Very very lazy management team.

I think they do the best they can with limited staff. Associates are always friendly. If someone would be in there doing something stupid... I'd run to help the public/staff.
