Used to be a grocery store. Now they want to sell everything and have down sized the selection of food . Every 4th item I scanned required someone to check camera and verify I wasn't shoplifting.

I was so appreciative today of an employee going above and beyond to help me. The small cart I had was not functioning properly as I was shopping and my groceries were coming out of the back of the cart. He helped me with another cart, moving my groceries and took the cart I had been using to the front of the store. I interrupted his work to help me, but he was patient and kind. I regret I didn’t get his name. Thanks for the great customer service.

I can't even get my information in . Kroger's keeps saying incorrect password, incorrect information. Don't care to have me as customer?? Very difficult.

Best: Great deli with excellent staff! Also, the Boar's Head and Private Selections brands there are excellent.Worst: The cheese counter selection is great, but we've had issues with some cheeses molding unreasonably soon after the "sell-by" date. Be careful!

My roommate is handicap and always had problems at this store. Not from workers, but from customers. People parking and waiting for their fam/friend in the handicap spots. Children/teens playing around in the store on the motorized carts. When he did talk to a manager about this, he was told they can't do anything about it.

Tonight Oct. 10th 8pm. We stopped in for a few items including stamps so my kids could send postcards home to friends because we are visiting from Texas. We were at the self checkout and politely asked the kid working there if they had stamps there. He was helping another couple with a problem checking out a can of soup. I get he was helping them but the smelly kid rudely mumbled wait a minute and walked off. We waited longer when another lady working there walks up I ask her and she can get us stamps and she basically ignored us and proceeded to help with the soup issue. Very rude and incompetent people. All they had to do was take 1 min. to hand us stamps. We payed for our stuff and left without stamps. Now we have to make another stop for stamps. We shop Kroger all the time in Texas and this Kroger is the worst. They really need better employees.

This location must be understaffed. Customer service is unhelpful at best and negligent at worst. Self-checkout is always packed, but staff running it are in no hurry and leave their post. I placed a pickup order and was given the wrong order. When my husband went back to get the correct order, as instructed by Kroger’s customer service chat, the store’s customer service staff simply said they didn’t know the specific staff member my husband was told to ask for and then did nothing more to help. We had to cancel our order. Shop elsewhere.

I filled my gas tank at Kroger as I was trying to leave Drake the gas station attendant was talking to his girlfriend and blocking the exit. I waited, then blew the horn asked him to move. He refused said there are other ways to exit a reverse out the gas station. I reported to the Manger. Will never give the another dime. Terrible service.

Most of the cashier's don't know how to complete a transaction with Kroger pay. I had to wait far too long for something that should have taken a few seconds. Of course this is because Kroger forces you to use their digital payment system because of non support of normal digital methods.

Wow! A manager from the Clinton Street location in Ft Wayne, IN (Amy) just hung up on me. I was charged for someone else’s order (plus mine) and since I’m visiting from out of state, there is no time for me to come back to the store. I was trying to see if there were any options and was flatly told no. I tried to reason, negotiate and was told if I needed to talk to anyone else I’d have to call in tomorrow and talk to the store manager, Colton, all this in a very condescending tone. Then she told me she wasn’t going to talk to me any more and, get this, hung up on me! Apparently, there is no such thing as loyalty with Kroger any more.
