I don’t know why I do it to myself coming to this store. There is always long lines my legs hurt by the time I leave. They have more people standing around then working behind the register.

Had coupons downloaded on my phone for 3lb. Hamburger roll $11.97, had coupon for free sausage patties with purchase of $35 or more. I spent $38+, discounts showed on screen, got home checked register receipt and DID NOT GET MY DISCOUNTS WHY????? GET REGISTERS FIXED TO WORK PROPERLY.

This store is something else. I've seen lines in this place literally over 30 people deep. I would love to shop at the store because it's only 5 minutes from my house.... But I drive all the way out to the beautiful clean well managed Kroger at Jefferson boulevard and interstate 69. I wish this Kroger would get it together but most of the time it looks like a tornado went through the place.... And believe it or not the lines are so crazy long some days they might not have anyone checking anybody out and the only lines open are the ones that you self checkout. This place is so intolerable it makes me cry because it would be so convenient to shop here. Please get your act together.... Shame on you corporate Kroger.... You come into this city you monopolize the locally-owned grocery stores and then you give us this terrible treatment.

The worst grocery store I’ve been to. Multiple times have I experienced rude and racist cashiers. Multiple times have I experienced the same behaviour from the employees from here. Even had a cashier cuss at another lady in front of me for not knowing English well, when the cashier was in the wrong and try to charge that lady extra money for things she didn’t purchase. This place is also extremely poorly managed. The employees there are so entitled and look like they hate their jobs. This store has a pattern of hiring the trashiest people as their employees. Why?? Please do better. I am honestly disappointed.

There is always a long line to check out. The first few times I thought maybe it was unusual or a holiday or something but it’s every time I’m here. Not practical to grab something from the deli at lunch

Kroger is a bit expensive, I'm my opinion. Personally, I'm a Meijers girl myself. I was traveling, and this location was close. They were out of a lot of my personal fav, so I just decided to leave everything but the pinapple upside down cake lol

It was my first time to get groceries here since we moved back to Fort Wayne and I loved it❤️ the staffs are all kind❤️ specially, to these guys who work on meat area and one who work at fruits area. You guys are awesome! I asked where the horizon chocomilk for my baby and they help me right away. ❤️ thank you so much ?
