The seafood section and regulations are a complete joke. Unless it was the employees choice and rules. No garnish Unless you get your seafood in a cook bag. They don't cut from the larger pieces of fish at all, which you are forced to get more than you need or less; depending on inventory. So get what they have in scraps or get nothing. And the larger pieces can't fit in a cook bag, so it's impossible to get the garnished they offer. Smh

We've been coming here for YEARS.. May have to switch. Today, we bought a "baked" chicken. Couldn't tell the difference between the breast and thigh. TERRIBLE. What is wrong with you people???? This is an embarrassment for your store. SHAME ON YOU. you don't deserve 1 star.

This Kroger doesn't take HSA, or atleast didn’t for my HSA eligible items (they are eligible according to the HSA/FSA website) I was able to go to a different grocer and purchase the exact items with my HSA. I don't plan on shopping at Kroger anymore, too many better Grocers in the area now.

Closed non grocery side before 9, forcing me to walk all the way to the other side. Plus their prices go WAY over inflation levels. Go elsewhere

Due to the crazy reset totally nonsense and lack of signage above isles as well as the stupidity of the self checkout always saying " put in item in the bag before time to blinking following up with HELP is on the WAY" 😂 when they get a chance because same situation with other customers at the same time 😂 making it twice as long as shopping 😂 Also add signage outside bring your own kart in from the cart corral for shopping unluckily you find one inside 👍😂👍 Kroger CEOs who developed the reset of the store and program of the registers should ask the employees for guidance because clearly y'all R clueless how to make it convenient for the customer End of the day I spent much less shopping here and more in the other organized store's

Great employees, always helpful. It would seem that a bit of price gouging might be going on here. The bakery and cheese departments are good and you can still find some deals and get some coupons but as far as everyday pricing, it's worth looking elsewhere. The healthier choices aren't as big as other stores, surprisingly, Walmart has a larger selection. Kroger used to be the go to place but I think greed is creeping in. Maybe they aren't brokering good deals with the manufacturers, either way. I travel further out of my way to save money.

I have been waiting 2 hours now for an order that should have taken no longer than 30 minutes to pick. Tried to contact customer service. Was told I couldn't cancel after multiple times trying to get this resolved. They will not credit my account, so I am stuck waiting for an order when I am expected elsewhere. This is not the only time I have had a problem. Will not be shopping here again.

Management is terrible at this store. Always understaffed and employees seem unhappy to be there. If you go in the store checkout lines are always understaffed. If you do pickup many times you’ll show up to find out it’s cancelled after waiting forever in line. In general any customer service calls will be met with management never answering and hoping you just hang up.

Does Kroger has seriously gone downhill in the last few years I live right across the street I could name a issue after issue first issue is the produce and the meat has definitely gone downhill another big issue for me is you can't find a single cart that works and if you do it definitely doesn't have a seat belt for your toddler they did just get some new cards but only a handful and good luck getting one

Laiyla was amazing as our cashier. App was having technical difficulties and they did a wonderful job honoring the coupon I couldn't clip. However, the manager Josh was not very friendly. Aggressively smacking the screen, slamming the scanner wand. He must be having a bad day. Hopefully it gets better for you Josh.

Checkout person gave us a grossed out look when checking our wrapped pork lion ..and grabbed it with their fingertips and slid it across the scanner ..very disgusted that they had to handle the pork loin
