Very busy location and the manager act like kings, impolite and never admitting an error. New item, coded incorrectly, the manager actually changed the label. It is closest Kroger to my home. I wish I can avoid it but is just too convenient.

Good produce, nice store, clean; very sweet and friendly lady at the self-checkouts, I almost always see her. Note: it’s usually quite crowded but not enough to deter me from shopping here.

Most expensive and not sure why. Repair your restrooms. They've been in disrepair for months. Open toilet paper roll on the dirty floor. The toilet paper doesn't get put on the roller proper. You can do better for your customers. For the price, you can offer more customer service and cleanliness. I prefer Meijer as they excel in both. I only shop here as a last minute convenience.

This is the best Kroger in all of Fort Wayne. The store is always very clean and staff is usually very helpful. Other Krogers have security guards but this location doesn’t need them. Such a wonderful store that is usually stocked with many options. And if you go into the location closer to the night time, the stockers are all very helpful too. There is always someone around to make your shopping experience more enjoyable.

This Kroger is a stressful place to shop. The aisles are too narrow, and it’s almost always crowded. Checkout lines are long and awkward. I’ll go miles out of my way to avoid shopping at this awful, godforsaken store.

Shelves are always stocked. However when it comes to checking out... it's always self- check out... I can always feel the eyes on me as if I've done something wrong

While there was a slightly better sale this week, standing in the check out for 40 minutes really soured my mood. After Kroger spent the money on these useless checkout counters, they could of spent the money on more employees.

More expensive than Meijer, but far less customer service and cleanliness. Every time I use their restroom, they are in disrepair and filthy. Months ago the toilet paper box was broken and it still is. Get it together Kroger! For as much as you charge, you can do better for your customers.

Be very sure to check use by dates. Went there today and found cooler items that were expired...not a little, but dated 6/8/2024. They really need to check products and rotate.

Hey, Fish guy! Maybe part of your job description is to be rude, condescending, and openly make fun of and embarrasing customers who ask you for help! You and your associate thought it funny that we didn't understand you. "You can get it at the service counter... where you get service. Ha, ha ha." You both shared a laugh while you couldn't stop what you were doing long enough to be sincere and helpful with people who didn't understand.
Add-on review...
After contacting the home office 2 days ago, I have only received confirmation of my concern. No other reply.
And, after reading other reviews regarding 601 East Dupont, Fort Wayne, I am struck by the repeated reference to "rude" associates. It would seem that their customer relations meetings would stress this common sense idea that "we are here for our customers".
However, I have to conclude that maybe the prevailing work pressures result in the attitude that, "we could better do our jobs if these (damn) customers weren't in the way!"
Just a thought...
I interrupted a Walmart associate this AM...
His reply..., "No worries, I'm paid by the hour". Different atmosphere. (Yeah, Walmart has their problems, but every single time I ask for help, the associate willingly stops and helps. Quote, "That's what I'm here for." [Lima Rd. & Dupont])
