worst customer service experience. Managers in store were unwilling to help me receive my money back from their self checkout and claimed "it never showed in their system" even though the money came out of my bank account immediately.

I rate this 1 stars, but in reality I would rate it a 0 if I could. I went there and saw that it said that this one group of chips were $1.99 but when I went to go check it out it turned out to be $4.99 and with my social anxiety self I still brought it because I would feel too embarrassed. And now all my money is gone. I even brought a hot wheel car that they said was $1.00 but it turned out to be way more. They don’t even put any price tags on anything, and their prices are just too high, who pays $5.00+ for a gift bag? I did. Because I didn’t even know the price. Walmart is better

Kroger is a wonderful place to shop. They just don't have enough workers to keep lanes opened, so the place gets pretty clogged.

Megan at customer service is one of the sweetest people EVER! Girly pop was talking to me about my plans for tonight, movies, and over all her attitude was so cheerful. Yes, this is solely about her lmao, you go girly!

We haven’t used Kroger click list in ages because there’s no consistency. We decided to place a Kroger click list order today, and the order was “moved to tomorrow”.Not sure who is running the DuPont road click list but it’s a terrible experience, every time.Walmart click list is so much cheaper, more reliable, and items are NEVER substituted. Walmart has never once delayed or moved a pickup to the next day.Kroger substitutes and cancels/reschedules about 50% of every order. They let you order whatever you want on the app and promise pickup for a certain time. They do not have the ability to fill the orders on time and with the items you order .I called the Kroger telephone number today and nobody (not even “talk to a manager”) was available to speak to.What in the world?

Always clean and nice, good selection of just about everything you can think of. Yes the parking lot is busy but it's a grocery store, just the way that goes. I love their sale clothes and always have good deals especially if you start adding the digital coupons while you're shopping. I do check dates when I shop here, I've found two expired items while shopping in the last couple months but looks like a good amount of kids working here and not every employee is going to be great or care too much about a low paying job. All in all though very satisfied with my experience here and I'm here about once a week or so.

Parking lot gets full very fast but inside is spacious enough to not run into people. Kroger has great selection. It's smaller than a Walmart but bigger than a mom and pop grocery store

I'm torn on this review. On one hand this is my favorite Kroger to shop and on the other hand their cleaning could use some work. Their bathrooms are always beyond disgusting. Frankly I question if they ever actually clean them.Update- said something to manager she very rudely said she just sent someone. Had to go back to the grocery 30 minutes laterOut of curiosity I checked the bathroom and it hadn't been touched.

Rudest employees. The manager told me he wasn't going to help me. I was so hurt the last interaction I had with them.

Better stocked than much of the competition with artisinal items such as cheese and wine. If you're looking for charcuterie this is your spot. Other things here are a considerable headache. I frequently find myself endlessly wandering around this store looking for some common item which they either do not have or have chosen to stock in some inane location (I.E. shelving the olive oil not with the rest of the cooking oil but instead a few aisles over? ?. Whoever came up with that deserves a reward. Honestly, you are special). I'm prompted to write this review after walking into this location and leaving empty handed, unable to locate the simple veg I was looking for and unwilling to buy the remainder of my items here when I'll now have to make a separate stop anyways. This Kroger is working hard at no longer being my first choice.

The aisles are narrow and tall. You're always in someone's way. Huge curbside pickup fulfillment carts block the lanes. The prices are more expensive than competitors. Most of the bakery goods expire tomorrow. The self checkout machines are terrible. You can't scan a heavy item like dog food and put it back under your cart. The employees were really helpful but everything else sucked. Kroger as a corporation sucks. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
