Short Version: Overcharged me for an item, took two people to figure out how to refund the difference. Even then they couldn't understand that they owed me the difference in tax between the two amounts as well (because tax is a percent of amount paid, and I had originally overpaid). Refused to listen to me and ultimately stole my money. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH CASH AMOUNTS WITH THEM AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
More Detail:
Overcharged me for an item so I went in to get the difference refunded the following morning. I had to repeatedly tell the first customer service member that the refund would be the difference between what I paid and what the sticker said I SHOULD have paid, plus the difference in tax between those two prices. She had to go get another staff member (manager?) from the back room to do it for her. This staff member then offered me a refund of the difference in prices but refused to refund the difference in tax! I told her that I was due the tax still and she brushed it aside saying 'this is with tax, cash or credit'? The manager did not understand that tax is a percent of the purchase price, and that changing the purchase price of the item changed the tax too, resulting in a difference that I was due to have refunded to me. That tax money does not belong to you and if it's happened to me I bet you're doing it on all of your returns/refunds/adjustments. Adding theft to the pile of reasons to not shop at this Kroger.

Don't go here they will sell you 8 day old milk then try and cover up what they did wrong. One day someone will get hurt by you guys unwillingness to conform to our health and safety standards.

I'm still shop here from time to time because the people are nice and the store is close but the prices are all $.50-$1 more then their competition. They need to stop price gouging.

Ok finding everything was great but check out though holy moly terrible service customers taking their sweet time when they should go at fast pace at self checkouts because a lot of people have jobs to go to. Terrible service.

Just bought 8 Yoplait raspberry yogurts on July 13th, all were over a MONTH past the expiration date. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until the taste as I swallowed. Thanks Kroger

Had the BEST customer service at the self checkout. I realized that I forgot my Kroger card and my card was so old that my phone # wouldn't work. The lady doing the self checkout was more than happy to help me get a new card, link it to the app then show me how to use it. All this help in between her helping other people at the checkout lanes. She did all this with a smile and patience. I thanked her and she said no problem, she likes to help people with the app and save money. Retail work is not fun or easy but she makes it seem so. I wish I would have got her name. ❤️

Very nice shopping place! Gabriel was out cashier today...he was very fast, accurate, and friendly! He's an asset to Krogers! We're from out of town and will always stop by here if we need groceries!

I've tried about 6 times to get a hot lunch here and have NEVER been able to get service. The deli counter is just as bad, I had to force them to wait on me today and the person pictured was deliberately ignoring the customers. Almost makes me embarrassed to be an American.

Took a gamble and came here to find IN beers. Luckily this Kroger has Build Your Own 6 packs and had a decent amount of Indiana beers to choose from (as well as other more common cans and bottles). If you're looking to try beer from multiple local places but can't drive to a bunch of breweries yourself, this is a good place to check
