Kruse is a good auto repair place. I have brought my vehicle here a few times, and I've been very happy so far. Quick and friendly service, but hard to find. It's behind the Shell station off Lima road near Till road. Their prices are very reasonable. I have an older vehicle. They don't push pricey repairs I don't need. I get a good vibe from this shop. I feel like they are honest and not going to rip me off. I've found a new shop to take care of my car.

I started bringing my vehicles to Kruse automotive a couple months ago. A friend of mine I graduated with had a family member that took over the shop within the last year or two so I felt a little more comfortable coming in to try the shop out. I have found that they have been very reliable, quick, and honest every time with reasonable pricing. I am done going to the dealerships as the service representatives earn commission off of getting work done on your vehicle. If you’re looking for a locally owned shop in town, you should definitely give this place a chance at earning your business.
In the waiting room one time I have even seen them check on a vehicle for another customer for a minor issue and told the customer it was on the house even after it took an hour for them to do diagnostics for that customer. I wouldn’t expect that for every customer, but to me that spoke volume.

It’s still called kruse but, we had a motor replaced there when the old owner owned it so I’m not blaming the new owner, but it’s still the same mechanic shop. They let the screwdriver above the wheel well and just found out today that they put the wrong bolt and left one bolt out on a motor mount This was a total engine replacement. The full bill is $9000. Be careful because it’s hard to find a good mechanic who’s not gonna rip you off and up charge you on stuff you can’t see stuff inside underneath the motor.when I had the starter replaced today . He basically said I didn’t own the shop then so nothing I can do for you OK, I understand that but, I would never come back to this mechanic shop even if you gave me 100000000000 dollars !

I needed some work done on my Trailblazer and it couldn't wait. Kruse Auto got my SUV right in, and had the issue pin pointed in a timely fashion. The head technician answered all my questions and was kind and patient with me. He took the time to make sure I completely understood what my vehicle needed. After explaining to me what needed to be done, they got it fixed quickly, and the price was very fair. Thank you Mark for everything. Definitely will be returning

I just need a general inspection of a car. The man didn’t take enough time to check it, I feel like he was in a hurry to go to lunch leaving us with more doubts than before.He didn’t tell anything about scanning the car, and the hood didn’t close well after the inspection

Was quoted $220 ended up being $589. They Said 3 hours of labor was why it was more than double the quote and that they didn't give me any labor quotes. Don't know why you give a quote without an estimate on labor. When someone ask "how much will it cost" they mean all of it. Now I have $300 for my vacation.Service: General repairs & maintenance
