These fine folks are quick, friendly, and professional. Their services are considerably less expensive than the same tests run at the hospital. My doctor almost always sees the results within 24 hours. Same day usually.

I was a walk in and I was in and out in less then 10 minutes so that was amazing also the employee amber greeted me with a friendly positive attitude and was very quick and to the point which I also loved overall great experience

Absolutely terrible experience. They could not access my lab orders that my doctor sent to them multiple times. Every time I was simply told they didn’t have them and there was nothing they could do about it. They do not answer the phone, just send you to voicemail so I had to physically go in just to find out repeatedly that I couldn’t get what I needed. On top of that, staff were rude and completely unhelpful.

I give zero stars. There is a lady with dark baggy eyes who serviced me, she was very rude, very passive aggressive, she caught me off guard like 4 good times with unnecessary attitude.

I hadn’t scheduled an appointment, but was in and out in 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was the best I have experienced; I didn’t feel a thing!

showed up and checked in 15 mins early and ended up being done before my actual appointment time! the tech i worked with was kind and competent. i will definitely be coming back for anymore lab work in the future!

Only reason this place is getting 4 stars is nurse Debra, very patient and empathetic and takes care of clients well. May be other staff can shadow her sometime :). If you call the facility, and then no one picks up the phone, and if you are there first time and have not printed the doctor’s test order, they will ask you to go to lobby and email them. So its better to bring all. Walk-ins are welcome. Neat facility.

Just stopped in for some lab work. I am a “hard stick” and the lab tech was fast friendly and on point. Great job. No digging around got me on the first try.

Terrible service from the moment I walked in. The lady was rude, commenting in an annoyed tone how the past two people she called out were not in the waiting room.
I also was not told I needed the physical papers from my doctors appointment when I scheduled my appointment so I did not have them with me and had to reschedule.

The woman who works there is loud and has zero understanding of discretion. While in the lobby you can hear her discussing files and patient names and what there testing is, very unprofessional. People go there for lab tests of all sorts including gene testing and paternity, private matters.I would suggest for folks to go to a hospital if capable .

I give them zero stars. This place is terrible about receiving lab orders from doctors. My doctor emailed my lab order but Lab Core never got it. It has to be emailed a certain way they said. I don't understand how you email a certain way?!? My visit became lengthy because I now had to have the doctor email my blood work order then get it off my phone & into their computer. The lab tech struggled with this. It was just stupid & time consuming. #2) Be very careful about giving them a credit/debit card! I paid a fee up front the day of my blood work. 5 weeks later, without notifying me & not sending a bill & no invoice, Lab Core withdrew money off my debit card without my permission. Do I have to pay them..of course. I don't appreciate them withdrawing money off my debit card & catching me by surprise without a bill/invoice or telling me what insurance paid. That is very unprofessional & sneaky of Lab Core. I will never return again.

Terrible service. First thing I was met with was a rude lady with a bad attitude pointing out in an annoyed tone how the past two names she called out were not in the waiting room.I had followed instructions and checked in while waiting in car. As soon as I received the text I immediately came in. Once she did call me back she asked for my doctors papers. I was NOT told anything about bringing any papers just my ID. I offered to send her pictures of the paperwork but they would not accept that. I’m hardly ever rude to people but I just straight up walked out of that place in a huff.

I use Labcorp for my yearly blood work because the last time I checked, Labcorp’s cost to me was about $200 less than Parkview’s. I appreciate how prompt and professional they are. My appointment today was at 7:30am. I arrived at 7:26 and was done and back in my car at 7:35! They run a tight ship, but you do need to be on time. I was late once and lost my appointment. Worth it though to be able to count on timely service. They always tell you your maximum potential cost but don’t charge your card until your insurance comes through. I’ve never once been charged more than what they said.
