Ashley’s customer service was an absolute breath of fresh air! She was so kind, caring, informative, pleasant, energetic, and helpful my entire visit! I am extremely satisfied and pleased with my item and in today’s time I have become accustomed to employees who lack professionalism and empathy. I can’t thank Ashley enough and I will shop here more often!!

Girls working are always so helpful. Trying on bras is so frustrating because breast size and shape is so unique it's hard to find the right fit, but they are so patient and knowledgeable. Fitting rooms could use some renovation though. Recommend this store to any women who needs help finding the right bra!

Piper and Abbey were very helpful. They helped me find exactly what i was looking for. I have never had a lane bryant experience like this one. They were very sweet and very kind. Exceptional customer service. I will go back to this store when i need more bras. They were a blessing and helped me with measurements and with finding the perfect fit. It took a little while to find one that fit just right and they were very patient and continued to help me throughout the whole process. I am very greatful they were there!!! Cant wait to return!!

I went in today to see about a Strapless Bra, and told the Lady the color of my dress and my size. She then showed me what they had and told me what my best option may be would be to Duct tape them or even go to Windsors and try them.

They have the BEST bras, especially for larger chest women and reasonable prices. I used to go to Barbara's New Beginnings but their bras fall apart so fast, they are expensive and the staff is less than friendly... NOT at lane Bryant though. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, takes their time with any questions you may have. They often have good sales. I recently got 4 bras for 100 and they will last a long time. I'd highly recommend.
