Ive been coming to this gas station for over 20 years. They have made thousands off of me over the years between gas, snacks, and drinks. I will never do business with this company again though. Ive been coming there way before even charles who works the nightshift has been there. There was yellow tar stuff in their parking space and I ran over it with my truck. I didn't think much of it until I got home and noticed my nobby tires picked up this tar and threw it all over my truck. I went back to the store and notified the assistant manager of what happened. He took pictures of my truck and the parking space that had the yellow tar in the space. He passed onto corporate. This company denied my claim even though the yellow tar was in the video. They claimed since there were not tire tracks of yellow they weren't responsible for the damage. I have never made a vehicle claim in a business parking spot in my 25 years of driving but this yellow tar/paint went all down my truck and wont come off. This giant corporate company will never get my business even if it means running out of gas.

Spencer makes damn good sandwiches and has a good sense of humor to back it up.

I need to call out this Lassus location because of the kindness shown by one of the team members there. Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name, but he’s always been very helpful when my daughter and I swing by after my little girl’s gymnastics class, talking us into joining the rewards program after recognizing we’re in there once a week. Today was no different as he walked me through entering the rewards program info when checking out without talking down to me. In addition, my daughter was excited about a little tiger trinket at the counter. She continued to excitedly tell me about it as we were walking away when he called out and offered the one she wanted. Little acts like this go a long way and too often I find myself losing faith in people, but days like today remind me the world isn’t necessarily full of monsters when folks like the staff member at this location exist. Thank you for your kindness and I hope this gets back to you so you can be rewarded the way you deserve.

Treat customers like in 2nd grade must see ID and credit card on purchases like I stole it I'm 70 years old I don't need to be treated like a kid in a candy store won't go back I can go to other stores and not be treated like this never again
