They ruined my jeans in which I only wore once and gave me the run around for at least a month. The Option they gave me were store credit or half off on the original price of the jeans 👖. I settled for the half of and never went there again after giving them my business after 7 years. I would not recommend them to anyone. Thanks for listening.

This place is clean and always gets our laundry clean and dry. My first time coming here was the 18th of December. I wasn't sure exactly how to use things and looked for an attendant. No attendant. I went up to the machine wanting to get change for my cash. I saw you have buy a card and add money to it. So I put $25 in the machine. It said $24 was added to my card and a $1 taken for the card. Ok.... Where is my card? I was in a real time crunch and other people were doing there laundry so I decided to try the other machine. I followed the directions and got a card with some money on it and got my laundry started. Then I looked online for the phone number to call the owners or whomever takes care of the place. I talked to the person a couple different times while washing my clothes. I was told to give the number of the card I did get and my money would be put on there. Unfortunately, today is December 28th. 10 days later. And I still do not have my money added to my card. Smh. I shouldn't be here doing my laundry now, but it is a nice, clean place and I still had money on my card from my last visit.

I’d say 60% of the time there are no employees here. If you need something, don’t. The last time I was here, the washer cut up all my work clothes. I was able to salvage some of them. I thought I would give the place another chance today but I don’t think I’m coming back. I’m sitting inside the laundromat right now after having to wash a load of clothes a SECOND time; the first time my washer got clogged and refused to drain so now I’m paying double to rewash a single load. No one is around to help, fix the machine, or give me a refund. Edited to add: I called the number listed on google maps twice and it hung up on me both times.

This was my first time coming here today 9/21/24. Akshitha did such an awesome job at helping me out today and made me feel welcomed. The price is great too the best laundry Mat around. 👌
This place is so clean and the up keep is really really good. I'm greatful for this place amd hope to be a customer for a really long time.
