Great selection of all the best brands. I recently had my eye exam from my local doctor but didn’t get new glasses due to a very limited selection of frames to choose from. Walked out of Lens Crafters with 2 pairs of glasses and a new pair of sunglasses. Overall great experience and a special thanks to Reed!

Had a great experience with this location today. I purchased a pair of glasses from LensCrafters from their online store last year. I accidentally damaged the glasses and in attempting to bend them back into place I wasn't able to correct them. Even though the store was somewhat busy, the lady was still able to hand my glasses off to someone that was able to bend them back into place properly. I apologize that I did not get either of their names, as I mentioned the store was somewhat busy, but I commend both of them for their help!!

I am a returning customer who has purchased glasses from this location multiple times. Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. I’ve never been greeted or made to feel welcomed. On my most recent visit to look for sunglasses, I was told to try elsewhere for a better selection rather than being helped. The staff didn’t ask whether I was looking for prescription or regular sunglasses, and while another customer was greeted and assisted, I was ignored. Once that customer left, the employee sat back down without offering any further help. Based on these repeated negative experiences, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase glasses

came to get some prescriptions sunglasses and saw an employee sitting down, 30 minutes has passed i kept looking around and still saw her sitting, few minutes later she comes up and she says “anything i can help you with” i was telling her that i saw some new sunglasses that came out if they had any in store, she proceeds and says “go to sun hunt”. someone else walked in and they got greeted right away she left us to help him. mind you i wasn’t done asking questions about the style i was looking for, as soon as the customer left she went back to sit down, i immediately walked out. i’ll never come back here again it’s been 2 times that i get bad customer service.

We just finished a family appointment at LensCrafters. Dr. Lubs was excellent. Very thorough. Very professional. Our family felt comfortable with the whole staff. Waiting area is a bit small, but we managed. My only negative observations, were the floors in the exam rooms. They were really overdue for a good vacuuming, and the leather reception area couch had crumbs and such in the crease. Also, I know many aren't maintaining COVID standards anymore, but I would have really liked them to wipe down the machinery before we used it. Aside from that, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend.

The CSR who assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed and provided an economical way for me to not only get the frames I wanted but the lens that would best suit my needs. I went the distance and purchased a prescription sunglasses pair as well.

LensCrafters always gives the best service and prompt attention to details. They made sure that my insurance was working and did got he extra mile for adding polished edges to my lenses. Overall it was a great experience and I will go back for my sunglasses shortly

This was my first experience at LensCrafters after 50 years of wearing glasses. I was referred by my wife who loves the store, and she was right. They have a wide selection of frames and many options for lenses, but this is not really where they shine. They are very customer oriented and actually have a 30 day, no restrictions warranty, which means that you can wear your new glasses worry free and return them if you decide that they aren't for you. The opticians that I worked with in the store were friendly and knowledgeable, and I was told that one had been with the company some 40 years! That says a lot. I would recommend giving them a try.
