All those we worked with at Ft Wayne Storage were just wonderful. They went above and beyond while helping me transfer the unit from my son to me after his passing.

Rented a climate controlled unit on Cook Road. We had it 5 1/2 years. Moved out today. Never had any issues! Would definitely use again!

Just rented unit gate code does not work. It's after hours no customer service at this hour . This is the only time I can move that's why I picked this place supposed to have 24 hour access. They sure took my money though . Now I either have to pay for another week where I was trying to move or miss work either way it costing me money I can't afford. If they take your money 24 hours they should have customer service for 24 hours. Update they did reach out and fix my problem the next day so I could access my unit at any hour

Raised the rent payment $40 a month after only 4 months of renting. The notification was the amount due at the bottom of the previous month's bill.

This location was very clean and well lit. Access was very easy and straightforward. The staff were always friendly and helpful on any issues I did have. They even gave me a partial refund when I left the unit ahead of schedule. If I ever need storage again I will be using Fort Wayne storage.

Recently, had encountered a problem with my unit. After notifying the management, we assessed a plan and was decided to move my items to a new unit. The staff was helping in doing this. If something is amiss, don't hesitate to reach out to management. They will respond promptly and remedy the situation. ?
