Sold me a defective appliance and refused to return or replace because I noticed malfunction outside the 48 hr window to return. Directed me to manufacturers who also refused to replace and just offered to fix within warranty but the same defect has happened again since fixing. Don't shop here go to a business that will take responsibility for selling you bad products.

Got a single sheet of plywood. Loaded it up on my cart and the guy at checkout asked if I had a sticker that said what it cost. I said i didn't and he asked me if I could go take a picture of the sticker. Didn't ask what the size was, didn't offer any options besides me personally taking a picture of the product i was trying to buy. I went back and took a picture and then he grabbed my phone without asking so he could see the picture more clearly.
I called in to complain and asked for a manager. The woman i was talking to said she was was his direct manager and repeatedly said "I'm so sorry" even when I was trying to explain the situation

Will no longer shop at Lowes, being forced to self check out is ridiculous. Did self check out yesterday, paid for my items and still set off alarms at the door. Maybe you should have the people watching the self check run an actual cash register . Having the alarms go off even after paying for my items is unacceptable, I was made to look like a shop lifter.

Paint picking was fun and easy. Deck screws with square head is a commodity, but Menards have it. Lumber selection was a pleasant experience. They have thin deck boards, Menards only thick ones.

Staff wasn't as knowledgeable regarding appliance questions asked, however, I'm thankful for having the thought to look on the website. I typically like browsing at this Lowe's but if you need help with something, assistance can be hit or miss.

Called Into the store, asked customer service if they had In stock, a filter for my shark never change. Went to location same day Spent 20 minutes looking did not find or representative so I went to customer service. Customer service sent me back to location fourteen, section 18 and additional 20 minutes. Called the manager Paul, which at that time someone showed up just to tell me they don't have that filter I am looking for . Pretty much sorry for your luck, sir.

I recently purchased a riding lawn mower from here that was delivered by four people. Two delivery drivers, and two corporate staff. The corporate staff were the only ones who spoke to me, and none of them made sure it functioned. It did not. I ended up getting it set up to be picked up and a new one delivered. Due to the delivery company calling when I was with clients in my own job, I tried to call back and never received a return call. Thankfully a friend was able to help me fix the issue, which was a mistake during assembly. If he had not fixed it, I wouldn't have been able to return 2 two thousand dollars piece of equipment that wasn't working due to the store manager telling me I need to contact the outside delivery service, and the delivery service telling me I needed to contact Lowes. Once this is paid off, I'm canceling my credit card and going elsewhere for any and all purchases.

Terrible customer service in the appliance department. I’ve never purchased a washer and dryer before and the employee acted like we were an annoyance with our questions.
