Went to lowes to pick up a closet light with a pull chain fornthe wife's closet, while looking for them in the store, and unable to locate them an employee comes walking down the aisle. He looked a little put out that I asked him where the light fixture would be located. He told me it would be in one of three aisle, and walked on. So I head over to the aisle he told me and I looked for about 10 minutes all the while the employee is standing up by the checkout talking and watching me look. Finally I found them in a completely different aisle then I was told. Go to the self checkout and the employee that couldn't be bothered starts to hover over me watch me the entire time I try to check out. All I could say was now you decide to help me. Thanks a lot Martin. You have convinced me to go to home depot next time.

This lowes seems to be par for the course when it comes to Lowes. Even though we own a contracting business and go to lowes on almost a daily basis, it's hard to get hrlp and find some items. The store is clean and fairly neat. The employees are not very versed on the products they sell.

Love lowes and this one is one of the better ones, safe location even though it's on Coldwater Rd but it's further north in fort wayne so I prefer it.

The lady who receives wood in the back of Lowe's is very rude and not at all professional. It's a shame to work with people like that.

I’m a 73 yo limping old man. I was in the lumberyard looking for items for my current project. I needed to have some material cut. Jimmy was the guy that came to my rescue. He jumped in to help me find what I needed and also helped me cut it down to my specifications. Very helpful and positive experience for me.
