Tuesday was the first time visiting. It was the smoothest and friendliest visit. No waiting and prompt followup between the staff with the doctor on the phone. Thank you too the Concierge staff, Registration Attendant, Mammagram Technician and Ultrasound Technicians. Oh! Can't forget the Doctor on the other side of the computers who was constantly on the phone making sure he had everything he needed to make the best decisions. I appreciate you all❣️ Apologies if I messed up their titles.

Easy in and easy out! Staff was wonderful! Sonya in registration was very sweet and greeted me with a smile. Shannon made me feel comfortable during the mammo. Highly recommend Lutheran Downtown!

I LOVE THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY MS.KRISTIN I HAVE PANIC AND ANXIETY ISSUES AND SHE MADE ME FEEL AT EASE AND CALMED ME DOWN. I FELT LESS NERVOUS AFTER AND VERY RELAXED!

Great Lutheran Downtown Hospital New Stellhorn location ER experience. I arrived at 1:30am with gallbladder pain and was greeted with kindness and seen quickly. I was given a prompt CT with very kind radiologist. I was sent home and asked to come back next day for ultrasound (no night US tech). My ultrasound tech was amazing. Highly recommend THIS location for emergency close to home. On another note, the next day- terribly awful unacceptable Lutheran on Jefferson ER experience. I went knowing I would be admitted to the hospital. Arrived at 6pm in excruciating pain. Wasn’t seen by a provider until 11:30. Discharged with 3 days of pain meds and told to find a general surgeon. I went to Parkview and had emergency gallbladder surgery and great care. Lutheran on Jefferson, you are fired. They had 1 travel nurse doing all of the triage. Not safe. Not ok.
