Guy wouldn't sell me a lighter without an id claiming it to fall under the category of a tobacco product witch in fact it is not a tobacco product nor do you need to provide any identification in order to buy one ... know the laws and regulations before you try enforcing the wrong ones and look like you lacked the education to classify what falls under the tobacco product category
