What is going on in this place? Between the lack of urgency with the slow workers behind the counter, to the old card system being down all the time, to the new card system being down all the time, to the gas pumps magically changing octanes in the middle of pumping charging someone for an octane they didn't choose? Is it because you have the only convenience store anywhere within miles of this area? I'm just trying to figure it out. This place was awesome when it first opened either in late 2012 or early 2013. But by 2018 or 2019 all these issues started occurring on almost a constant basis. I even hear the same complaints from coworkers that stop in and can't get gas or can't buy anything because the card readers are always down or the pumps are not working or the people behind the counter are just too slow and there's a line to the back of the building. Something took a nosedive here over the last 5 plus years and I'm pretty sure it's most likely management not screening people before they hire them and making sure they're trained properly along with making sure your systems are being maintained.

They don’t know there own sales that are clearly posted all over the store and can do refunds when things ring up incorrectly because the manager isn’t there.

Every time I come here always have problems with pumps not working right. Won't except cards. Last time kept saying to remove card after I removed it. Stop only if u have time to mess with their junk pumps..

Great choices of products to choose from! Usually always stocked which is nice but the reason why I give 2 stars is because of the employees. Employees make the store and every time I've visited their always rude, always.

I just don't know what to say about this location anymore. If it's not one thing it's another. It's just really gone downhill the last five years. Your debit/credit card reader has been really slow & laggy for months causing what used to take about 10 to 20 seconds to take upwards of five minutes for everything to go through. Over the past year about half the time I come in which is about half the week this location can't take anything but cash because for some reason they're card readers are always completely down. New or slow employees left alone during 5 p.m. rush-hour causing lines to be halfway to the back of the store where it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get in & out. And unless you're really lucky, after 9pm you generally will stand at the counter for over 5 minutes before whoever is working finally decides to come from the back of the store to ring you up. I thought the one on Goshen Road was really bad since the new people took it over several years ago but this location really takes the word convenience out of convenience store.

Service has gotten better here over the last few months with better employees but the last couple of days here near the end of August 2019 they can only take cash turning away what I can only imagine to be thousands of customers over the last two days. No one working knows why their card machines are down and to be two days in a row is inexcusable in this day and age where most people don't carry cash anymore.
