Stopped using them cause their inconsistent hours are not customer friendly.

First, it took me four tries to pick up my dry cleaning. The hours are weird. And one time I got there and it should've been open but there was a handwritten sign on the door saying back in 15 minutes. I decided to go do other errands and came back later. When I picked up my comforter and opened the bag, it reeked of cheap perfume. I don't know what they're putting in their cleaning fluid, but it stinks and I can't get the smell out. The only thing I could hope for is a little bit more good weather so that I can hang it outside in the fresh air. Hopefully that will do the trick. Otherwise I might have to try getting it dry cleaned again somewhere else In hopes of removing the odor. I can't stand it! Why, why, why would you douse the dry cleaning in something stinky?

Amazing service! Dropped 2 Coats off to be cleaned before it got too cold out. They were finished quickly and when I pick them up they looked brand new and smelled great. I won't go anywhere else!

This establishment tried to charge my wife 12.95 to clean her Liz Claiborne Winter's Blazer by calling it a Spring Coat. When my wife attempted to get the price adjusted, the person was simply rude. Took it to a competitor who charged the proper price of 4.95. Will not be doing business with the so called Master Cleaners again.

Do not bring sweaters here! They will hang them on the hanger and not fold them over causing the lumps in the shoulders. When I complained their response was to turn it inside out and hang it the other way. Really?! That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard! I will no longer be going to them and every year when I visit Massachusetts I will just bring my boyfriends suit there where it’s going to cost the same or less. Customer service and services here in the Midwest are atrocious.

You really get what you pay for with Master Cleaners. I took my now husband's tuxedo shirt here to be cleaned before our wedding. The one person working there was curt and unfriendly when I dropped it off (and so was the different person who was there when I picked it up). It was done quickly (less than 24 hours) and cost me $2.30. I was excited that it was a good deal - until I got home and realized they left a massive stain on the front and actually added several small stains on the sleeve that weren't there when I dropped it off. Luckily the stains were hidden under my husband's vest and coat, but it was a terrible cleaning job. The low price is the only good thing about this service - don't take your clothes here if you actually want them clean!

In by 10am, out by 5pm. No one better or more generous in helping the community.

After a short phone experience I wouldn't take anything here. Very unfriendly.
