My wife and I are very well pleased with Asa from Mattress Warehouse. We like different firmness settings and shopped at another store initially but in the end we saved $1,978.43 on the same size mattress and ended up with a better quality mattress altogether. Asa was very knowledgeable and helped us find a mattress that satisfies both of our requirements. The delivery team was able to bring the mattress to our home a week earlier than the competition and after the first night of quality sleep we can both testify that Mattress Warehouse has got your back! We bought a mattress and an adjustable base recently in May and got in on the Memorial Day sale. Mike M was our salesman at the 5320 Illinois Rd location. I arrived at the store 30 minutes before the close time due to my day being very full but he helped me to find a great mattress and base that fit my budget and needs. Delivery needed to be ASAP as this set was for our son who's disabled and lives with us and had just gotten home from the hospital. Mike secured a great delivery time and friendly delivery men, Nick and John did a great job setting it up in a smaller bedroom the NEXT DAY making our son feel at ease and were careful not to run into anything and cheerfully cleaned up all packaging. It was like a visit with friends as they worked to get everything set up and they tested the remote and made sure the pins were locked on the foundation before they left. We also had purchased a mattress there 2 years ago for ourselves from a manufacturer who is a subsidiary of Beauty Rest for a great price and got a payment plan with no interest as long as payments were made on time every month for a year. Highly recommend this mattress and foundation store! Great job Mattress Firm!

Purchased a new mattress this week, and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase.This week I purchased a King size mattress from MATTRESS WAREHOUSE and Asa is the Sales Rep/Manager at a Illinois Road location and I had gone there and with a list of things that were important to me as far as a mattress that Ada and I reviewed. I have suffered with back pain for long time and he was very familiar with the situation. I found him to be very informative about which couple mattresses I should look at and test after a few minutes, I made a decision.Prior to going to mattress factory I have done my homework over the or the last month. I had read several articles from Consumers Report, and Good Housekeeping about how to select a mattress and how much time you should spend at the store and not be heard by a sales representative. I also chose Mattress Factory because they only sell bedding they don’t sell other items I wanted to go to a store that only focus Mattresses and was local owned.The mattress I selected was delivered this week by two gentlemen that remove my old King size mattress, and gave excellent care to make sure that the new mattress was put in correctly and nothing in house was scratched or harm anyway.Thank youThomas Simonds

Absolutely fabulous people! Chris was wonderful! They were so great to fix a problem that was created even after a misunderstanding with a previous sales person!!!! A great selection of products! Delivery and set up was excellent! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new mattress!

Asa is the man! Very knowledgeable and articulate guy who knows how to cut through the bs and figure out exactly what you're looking for - without any of the "salesy" talk or gimmicks. Plus, they've been in business for almost 30 years, aren't in debt or owned by a foreign country, and they actually keep inventory in stock. From start to finish, it was a great experience shopping for a mattress at Mattress Warehouse. Asa was knowledgeable and personable as he found the set we needed, and he worked out a very good price, as I moved from a full to queen bed. The gentlemen who delivered were on time and professional as they made the switch. They were a great help, as I am disabled. I would recommend stopping in at the Illinois Road store before making a final decision. Thanks, guys!
