Had to pull aside and wait for our food but that was because my daughter and grandson insist on special order everything. They were under construction and only offered the drive thru, so they are making improvements. The drive thru lady had a beautiful smile. The food was worth the wait and the order was accurate. Thank you!

We ordered a simple quarter pounder and 2 mcflurries they told us to go into a parking spot and they would bring the food right out. We waited for 20 minutes for them to bring out the food we asked for a drink carrier before pulling into the spot and they said they would bring it out with the food and mcflurries they brought the food no carrier. Better yet the food was cold, and the mcflurries were not even mixed. Just throw the topping on and call it a day? The toppings were just sitting on top with melted ice cream on the bottom. Horrible service. Horrible rude staff.

Here at 1120pm and Google says drive-thru is open but it is closed. Maybe this location needs to update their hours online.

Online states open until 11p but doesn’t specify that it’s DoorDash only! They were open and wouldn’t serve me said DoorDash only! Ridiculous!

As a business, you need to make sure since you are partaking in DoorDash and Uber eats to make sure that your hours of operation are updated on both platforms. It is very frustrating as a driver for these platforms to arrive at your location only to find out that you are closed and it’s probably even more frustrating that the customer that placed an order there because the app is telling them that that location is open is even more frustrating so if you could please update your hours on those two platforms that would be greatly appreciated

Going to McDonald's is becoming a habit. The app makes it more pleasant. I don't like dealing with ppl much so being able to order and make life great. I just pull up to the drive-thru give my code and pull to the second window. They hand me my food and I'm off. TY technology!!!!

This has to be the dirtiest most unorganized McDonald's I have ever been to order is wrong 25 min wait..staff is rude and don't take orders..don't come to this one..definitely needs management help and coordination..as well as associates have customer service

I ordered my food, and they had me pull ahead because the 3 cheeseburgers we ordered weren't ready. We waited for 25 minutes as 15-20 cars received their order. I asked the guy bringing out orders where our food was and he said he'd go check. I waited 5 more minutes and called the store. The same guy answered, refused to let me speak to the manager, and said "they're working on it." 5 minutes later he brought the food out and said something under his breath as he walked away. I'd drive to a different location if I were you. This one was one of the worst experiences we've ever had at a drive through place.
