How long does one have to wait for a refill? Bring back the machines out. Please give better customer service in that aspect. Waited a very long time to even be attended when I was by the counter, and then on top of that waited even longer for my actual refill. That's ridiculous. Is your goal to not have customers come inside so you have less work to do? That's what it seems like to me.

Lately this McDonald's has really been great. For a while there, the workers were all rude. The food is always good.Update: still not happy with this location. If we order a large fry, we should get the amount that goes in a large. And it's time to open up for dining in.4/21 Not happy with this place lately. They need to fix their mocha machine. We have been waiting way too long for them to bring it out. They forgot, but gave me a blueberry muffin because if that. I will change my stars back up.Update: 7-14-21 I've been getting hot mocha and the past two times (I often go to other locations) it's been really good! Keep it up! The people bringing out the orders have been so friendly.Update: 9/15/21 I had an excellent experience! Hot mocha was delicious.Update: 6/11/22 Other than being ignored and then my order finally taken, it was great! The cashier was friendly & my hot mocha was great.9/24 This restaurant is getting pretty fantastic. It seems like our orders are accurate and the food tastes good. Hot mocha is good. Every once in a while my whipped cream melts before I get it, but it's ok.

They won't cancel my mobile order, I placed it at the wrong location (I know my fault) but I called and they said I just have to wait 24hrs. But my app won't let me reorder to the location I'm at unless I pick up the other order. So no food for me I guess. He kept telling me I can cancel in the app but you can't!

Twice in a row my order was messed up and i went home with food cheaper than what I actually paid for. I live too far to simply go back, i shouldn’t have to check that there is an actual deluxe McCrispy in the Deluxe McCrispy box, like seriously?? The workers have zero customer service skills and hardly speak to you let alone greet with a friendly face. Never going here again.

They tell you to pull forward and wait even after paying on mobile app well before you arrive, then they give at least 15 other cars in drive through their food before they give you theirs. I had to call them from outside and ask if they forgot about me. Expensive and slow terrible service. Never again.

I have been here multiple times and have only ordered a drink at the counter. The service is extremely slow. Takes at least 10 minutes or more for an ice tea. This is definitely slow food, not fast food. Something needs to change in the customer service area.

everyone needs to be fired not joking. I ordered a meal through DoorDash and waited for 2 hours because if I canceled I wouldn’t get my money back. They gave me food that was two hours old. Everyone working tonight can catch a fade I promise you you can.

They are always forgetting items in my order every time I visit. They pull me to the 3rd window having half my order and then receive my other half of order 30mins later, and my other half is cold, and they get rude with me because I asked why and if they could give me exchange or a raincheck because I going to eat cold fries and half warm sandwich. The employees are always rude. I still go back mostly everyday because my son loves McDonald's and he is Autistic. And it's down the street from us. Its easy for us. Also, Because I believe in maybe tomorrow will be a better day. The management is so bad there and rude. Every time my son asks to go in and eat, I agree and the place is disgusting, tables are never washed, they are always out of condiments, no napkins available. The service wait on food is almost 40mins. By the time we get our food my son has a sensory overload. They will forget a couple of items and I'll be waiting 15 mins for an employee to notice and then it takes them another 15mins to bring out the correct items. It sucks there and always a bad experience. We are a faithful McDonalds customers. And spent alot of money here and McDonald's on just one family alone. And the management is so bad there. After going to this location for many years, I have decided to cut ties and go to only franchise McDonald's, I've have found a good one that is a little further than this McDonald's location. And a franchise, I found that when people privately own a company they take better pride in it and a more enjoyable experience, also why not spend my money everyday where the food and services excellent everytime. . McDonald's corporation should be ashamed of this location. I'm done wasting my money here.
