The employees at this location are completely incompetent at both listening and comprehension to get peoples food orders correct. Every time my family and I try to give this location another shot, they prove my above point by handing out the wrong orders…constantly!! Calling the store directly is a waste of time because they never answer the phone so you can communicate to them of the issue. Having called corporate previously seems to be a waste of time being as this location continues to STILL hand out the wrong orders!! To make matters worse, the food is honestly terrible as it is handed out lukewarm at best & the fries stay cold and soggy. My family and I are completely done for good and we’ll never give another hard earned red cent to this incompetent establishment ever again. It’s almost comical how they honestly believe they deserve $15+ an hour!!

My recent visit to the McDonald's on Lima Road in Fort Wayne was, to put it lightly, a disappointment. With an expectation of a quick grab-and-go meal, the 20-minute wait at the drive-through was the first red flag that things were going awry. Such a delay is unacceptable, especially when one considers McDonald's reputation for fast service.The situation did not improve upon reaching the pickup window. Instead of being met with the efficiency and courtesy you'd expect, I encountered rudeness from a staff member. This lack of professionalism and basic customer service etiquette was startling and put a significant damper on the experience.To add insult to injury, the order was not correctly fulfilled. I was given the wrong drink size, a mistake that could have been easily avoided with a bit more attention to detail. Hoping for some resolution or at least an apology, I took the time to call the store and speak to a manager. Regrettably, this interaction was as negative as the visit itself. The manager's response was far from the understanding or corrective action one would hope for in such situations.It's disheartening to see such a lapse in service and management at this McDonald's location. A fast-food visit should be quick, efficient, and pleasant, but this was none of those things. This experience has significantly impacted my view of this location, and I am hesitant to return or recommend it to others. Fort Wayne residents and visitors would be better served by considering other dining options.

When a customer asks to speak to the manager and the manager IGNORES it to keep working on drive through orders is ridiculous. Sorry you don’t have the staffing that you need but it is still your job as the manager to deal with customer problems first.

Placed a mobile order to go inside and get it but they locked the doors and have their phone off the hook. Had to go through the drive through. If you don’t have enough people to work close down the other drive through or close your store.

Ordered a single mcchicken at 1:04 pm and didn’t get my order till 1:50 pm, no manager on site and others who came in after me kept getting their orders, worst service I have ever received

Decent food but nothing to rave about. Service is very slow and definitely needs to be proved (shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for food).The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean.

The worst experience I've had in a job was here, I went to work for 2 weeks they didn't even put me in the system the days passed and I asked them about my clock in number and they never gave it to me I arrived on the day of payment and they didn't have my check they had to spend 2 months for me to receive a check for 600 dollars and I worked 85 hours and they said that the rest they were not going to pay me anymore I was insisting that they will pay me I think the name of the main manager is Jaime or Jayme something like that she even got angry just because I was asking her for the rest of my check sorry my English it’s not perfect.
