If you're handicapped, your eyes will stay home. Their cards are never charged, right? They never last long and to go shopping. And it takes 3 to 4 carts. They need to reinvest in buy some new handicap card

Wamted to get some new dress shoes. There were about 3 to choose from. I didn't get shoes. Still left with $5 sushi and breakfast bars. Was not a total wasted trip.

Update: Updating my review as the guy who takes care of carts stares at and is honestly harassing me.. I was nice to him one too many times, and ever since, he demands I acknowledge him whether I look his way or not, shouting "hello ma'am!!!" even across several people to talk to me when I am purposely avoiding even making eye contact with him. He even followed me out to my car a few times asking for my cart.. at night... when I specifically told him that he didn't have to do that. So I have been shopping at Kroger to avoid this store. The nail in the coffin was when I went in there for Christmas shopping for an order of over $400, they couldn't find a price for something bc their store was chronically UNLABELED, and instead asked me to go ACROSS the store to get an accurate price, else they would just make up a price and "that's the only way I can sell this to you, ma'am." This was Delonna who was super rude and horrible to me when I was nice to them, as I knew the holidays would be stressful for everyone involved. Yet they put responsibility on me as the customer to get prices that I literally wouldn't have been able to find due to no posted tags or signs, then started making up prices, while refusing to sell me something in a dismissive and really rude, unacceptable manner. If you can't take proper responsibility as a store associate to a loyal customer who regularly pays hundreds if not thousands of dollars to your store, maybe you should have a think about that. I'm completely done with this store and will find other places to shop at this point in time.

Pick up orders are not fulfilled at the time expected and when you contact customer care they basically put the blame on the customer as we should “ wait until you receive the text that your order is ready, which is computer generated, before heading to the store.” What’s the point of selecting a pick up time?

Clean with friendly and helpful staff. This is a larger than average meijer, probably because it's in a large city. But they had a bigger selection of pretty much everything.

Workers treated me like a criminal over the honest mistake of trying to check out with an alcohol product before noon on Sunday. I'd politely apologized and handed the item back but they still searched my purchases at checkout and again on the way out. If it's that big of a deal, put in the effort to rope the section off outside of hours instead of harassing your customers!

Wider variety than the Walmart up the road and not even close to as overwhelming to shop in. Staff is always friendly and there are so many sales all the time. 100% will choose over other grocers.
