We needed some screws. Random screws. Mennards has a massive selection of nuts, bolts, nails, and screws. We were somewhat overwhelmed by the prospect of finding the screws we needed. Then, along comes Nicole. She asked if we needed help. We did. She took our screws, sized them, and took us right to where they were. She was so helpful and pleasant. The rest of the employees in the store (EVERY SINGLE ONE), out on the floor, either asked if they could help us, or gave us a friendly greeting. It was a very good experience. Highly recommend this store! 5 BIG STARS.

Always a great place to shop, just walk around and look, or just get ur exercise for the week if you don't mind walking on concrete. Lots of great clearance stuff too.

After many years of shopping at Menards, i find it a necessary evil. Everything about the store is designed to make it as difficult for the customer as possible. The rebate system is trash (you literally have to physically mail your receipt and receive a physical rebate in return), picking anything up in the lumberyard is a 5 or 6 step process depending on whether you can find the item on your first try or not. Not to mention the selection for the lumberyard is all the way at the back of the store so you have to walk all the way to the back of the store, then pay at the front of the store then drive out to the back of the store again, going through multiple checkpoints each timeyou do it. It’s just very inefficient, and not customer friendly

Inquired about the price of a plant that was half dead in a cart with other dead plants.the salesperson gave me a long explanation about how she couldn't make a decision about the plant but offered to get the lawn manager. The manager was very short and rude to me saying that it shouldn't have been in that cart and that perennials don't die . We'll that's an incorrect statement and clearly this plant needed help.she put it back with other plants.i just asked about it and was treated poorly

Well stocked Menards location. It had exactly what I needed that another location didn't have. Super glad the website was updated and accurate. This store was organized well and seemed to have everything in stock overall!

I went to pick up an item that was a special order of course because it was only offered online. I was happy though it came in 4 days before it was suppose to. The thing I wasn't happy abt was whn I got to the online pick up outside , I called the number n everytime Darren picked up the phone he put me on hold , didn't ask if that was k. I called a total of 3 times n the same thing happened all 3 times. I finally got fed up w waiting n went inside n Darren was helping some else w another customer waiting as well. If there is one person in a dept n it gets busy thn some others nd to come help. Whn i got inside n looked there were a couple of employees inside the store just standing around, don't get me wrong 2 people came out n one helped me n the other helped the customer in frnt of me. I was on hold for 7 mins plus. I know whn I scanned my phone in at the guard shack it put my info on a screen inside the online pickup. I have never had "bad" customer service frm the online pick up or frm Darren until now. That's why it is called online pick up. I really didn't want to leave my vehicle but that didn't happen!!! Plz don't ask me to email general manager like all your responses that I have read.

The workers ALWAYS know where to find the product your looking for. Truly amazing
