Professional & PersonableDue to the recent rise in prices I began to look at ways to tighten my budget ... this included reevaluating my car insurance. A friend referred me to their agent Merle Maples and am I glad they did! Unlike inquiries made to other companies that directed me to a website to start the process, Merle called me back almost immediately after leaving a message. He determined my needs and provided options for me to consider. Not only did he help me find a better option & the savings I was looking for, but he did so before I received a response from ANY OTHER inquiry I had made online. I could tell that he was "invested" in helping me and why I felt compelled to write this review.

Has helped me immensely with kindness and constant availability. I have never had a more considerate or caring insurance agent. Merle K. Maples: Allstate Insurance company is absolutely amazing. Merle and Chip are wonderful. They are very professional and they also answer all your needs for your car and home insurance. When I switched to Allstate I just had liability insurance only so I called and spoke to Chip, he helped me get full coverage insurance. When my windshield cracked Chip had told me to call them first for any accident or anything else before reaching out to Allstate that way we could handle the issue first and they walked me through the entire process. They are just absolutely wonderful I cannot stress that enough.

Merle goes above and beyond to help his clients. My family has been with Merle for years. When I got into an accident earlier this week, Merle was willing to answer all my questions and helped me think rationally in an otherwise extremely stressful situation. Even though some of my questions were outside the scope of the policy itself, Merle was happy to explain how insurance generally works (even on a Friday at 5 pm) and how to protect myself from being taken advantage of by an opposing party. He even gave me his cellphone number in case I had any questions over the weekend. I have never met someone so dedicated to his clients and I am extremely grateful.

My hubby has been very ill. I am trying to save his life. I can not remember everything, like insurance. Merle Maples takes care of me. He lets me know when I need to take care of something. Thank you Merle for taking care of us. I think he might even pray for us. I do not know his beliefs, but I know Merle is there for us, even before we know we need him.
