Customer service was outstanding. The girl that cut our fabric brought it to us while we were shopping. The only thing was that the air freshener or whatever they were using gave me a headache and threatened an asthma attack so had to leave before I got to look at everything I wanted too.

Custom Framing is a joke. Made an order on 12/17, was told via email to bring artwork to store. Automatically did so. When I went to the store, my order wasn’t in the system, but was told to leave the print there and they would take care of it. Still never received any emails at this point, or verification the project was found and being worked on, OR a timeline for the project. Had to call in to get an update at this point, and even then was told that she didn’t really know much about it but it was in fact in the system at this point. Didn’t hear anything for another 2 weeks. (Granted it was the holidays). No emails, calls, etc. Called in again today (12/31). Had to call 3 times because I was hung up on the first 2. They said all of the parts happen to be there, but they would not be doing production today because of the holiday, again, totally understandable. I just have a hard time believing the parts just happened to come in today when production wouldn’t be taking place. I was then told it should be done by tomorrow or the next day, but she was unsure. For the price I paid, I just expected a better quality service.

Always someone to help, love their online order pick up system. So much easier to walk in, find your name on the rack and grab your items rather standing in a long line or waiting in a parking lot for 20 minutes. Always good deals. Thank you Michaels!

The management and staff are super friendly at my hometown location. Just about anything that you could possibly want to do any sort of crafting. My kids love it here!

They have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of any art supply store I have ever been to, and that says volumes.
Their framing department went above and beyond all my expectations.
If you have a question that a team member doesn’t know the answer to, then they would ask another team member to help them!
I couldn’t ask for a more perfect store!

My Food was good had the Jambalaya very flavorful.
One in my party ordered the Blackened Salmon which was not blackened AT All. Our waiter brought the cook to the table who then argued with us as to what blackened Salmon should be. We were given a $5.00 coupon for return visit after waiter said "well what do you want me to do". I don't often write bad reviews but your "cook" needs to google blackened!

Wow I was not expecting to have such a great experience. Yes, they had all that I needed, which were 50 tshirts. but it was their amazing employee, Kaela she was outstanding. I walked in she greeted me with a great smile and I asked where the shirts were...instead of telling me she walked me there. Then wanting info on circuts once again Kaela came through. She gave me a quick "how to" lesson. Talking about her mom and her doing theirs at home. Kudos to Kaelas mom to. She is a very nice young lady
