I was able to work with Natausha at the Illinois Rd location to work out the details of a very important loan for an addition to our home, and she was extremely accommodating! Was able to work with our busy schedules and even sent the final documents through email for DocuSign instead of making us drive to the office. It was a seamless process and she answered all of our questions in detail, and when unsure of an answer she made sure to track down the right people to give us the best answer possible. Highly recommend, we are very appreciative of her and Midwest!

Super Easy to Work with and valuable customer service, they actually seem to care and haven't failed me yet. lol
Also, I have carried 2 Auto-loans with them, first time through a dealership that connected me with the FCU. They where so helpful and supportive that I used them for the second loan and they approved me over the phone and walked me through carrying my own loan to a car lot. Which was very cool since I was able to skip the Interest Hikes and add on pitches that dealerships through at you. Overall, Excellent experience. Hint, If you want a loan and have an active account with them for more than 30 days first ( has to be actively used, say auto bill pay ), then you get discounted interests rates. Nice touch. MWA for the win!

MWACR is the absolute best bank we've ever been affiliated with. Nautasha Hartman is the person you want to bank with at the Illinois Road branch. Great customer service that goes above & beyond.. and the building is beautiful too! We love our Credit Union!

I came in with my husband while he looked into a loan and ended up moving my business to Midwest. Natausha was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We got the loan for our backyard makeover, all our accounts in order, and it was the easiest banking experience ever. Would definitely recommend Midwest and especially Natausha!

I have been a member with this credit union since 2010, but they refuse to give me a very small personal loan! They do not value their members! I walked into another bank I have absolutely never been too and git a loan approved in 30 minutes! Guess it's time to switch to a real bank and stop messing around with this lame credit union!

My wife and I were scammed out of some money, and we reported it as fraud. Midwest did give us our money back, but they later did their own investigation and decided that it wasn't fraud and took my money back. Also, my wife had given them all of the research that she had collected about the company who scammed us. After they took my money, Midwest closed the case without notifying us, nor gave us a chance to refute it. Their fraud department or policy is inept. They should hire my wife, she tracked down the companies that scammed us, but couldn't get ahold of anyone. We are extremely frustrated over this! It is unacceptable, and very bad business! We are closing our account, unless they are willing to proof of where they think my money went.

Better CU's in the area. Had a problem with a loan and not receiving account statements. $19 fee charged, but not receiving statements, they say it is all my fault.
