The highly trained and excellent instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. They take time to ensure good form, educate on connecting the body, and tailor workouts to meet personal needs and specific health needs. They offer adaptations to accommodate ability to build strength and avoid injury. The studio provides a wide variety of classes including private and semi-private Reformer Pilates, mat classes, MELT, TRX, and Stretchfit. The atmosphere is great, the community is the best, and it is actually fun to workout.
What I love about Mindful Movements Is how the instructors really take the time to ensure your form is good so you receive the proper & full benefit of the exercise. Super friendly staff and fun too! The community at Mindful Movements is best!
