Just bought a '15 Countryman for my daughter and needed some parts along with some advice. Both Jeff and Devon in the parts department (BMW side) were great help. Had a potentially dangerous brake issue in the middle of a cross country move. They were able to fit me in on short notice and diagnose and fix the issue. Service was great even though they knew I would be a one time customer from the very start. Special thanks to Scott who worked to get me in the same day!

Didn't buy my countryman here but they are taking very good care of my mini. Dan Hough is wonderful and the service technician did some extra special work for me. I'm very happy with Mini of Ft. Wayne!!!!
