Just bought a '15 Countryman for my daughter and needed some parts along with some advice. Both Jeff and Devon in the parts department (BMW side) were great help. Had a potentially dangerous brake issue in the middle of a cross country move. They were able to fit me in on short notice and diagnose and fix the issue.
