I have been coming to this salon for 28 years, and there is no one that can cut my hair like Jeanette! I've driven from South Carolina numerous times in the past to get my hair cut at Modern Hair Design. Jeanette does all types of hair and has a multi-cultural clientele as well as speaking multiple languages. She is an artist at coloring hair and shaping eyebrows.

Haircut and Eyebrows.
Went in for a wolf cut, showed Jeanette a few photos. She knew immediately what I wanted and got right to work. I had hair to the middle of my back and she was done in only 30 minutes. She is absolutely hilarious, kind and serious about hair! Comfortable atmosphere. I recommend her shop to people with social anxiety. It's just you and her and your hair.
Jeanette told me she has been doing this for 30 years now, and it shows. Her talent is clear.
This lady works hard to make sure you have what you want, and tells you how to work with your hair once you get home.
Eyebrows are fast, clean as a whistle.
Prices are very reasonable, just make sure you bring cash!
I was incredibly impressed with her work and will be going nowhere else in this city but to Jeanette.
Jeanette, you truly are "The Bomb"! ❤️
