Very unprofessional. I was sent a text saying they would contact me 30 mins prior to delivery. Guy contacted me at 4:16PM snd was very rude lying saying he had been sitting outside 30 minutes. But, hadnt even contacted me to let me know he arrived. Although it was a third party company delivering for Big Lots. I do not recommend.
