I am beyond disappointed in this store. I walk into the store yesterday not knowing anything about printers and I show an employee what my printer looks like. He said you need to purchase these ink cartridges for them. I even asked are you sure? and he said yes. Fast forward to today after trying to install the cartridges they were supposed to be 62s instead of 63s. I had my receipt and the box and they would not accept them. The cashier said do you want me to throw them away? They refunded nothing and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Don't get me started on everything else in this store that is double the price then what's at Walmart.

Does not honor the quick pick up/curb side time frame. Also does not honor the coupon on the website that states you get $ off of the item isn’t ready in time. Staff was not helpful at all and stated they couldn’t get any projects done. All that was ordered was paper copies.

Tried using their printing services for blueprints. The Staff working were not trained enough on how to operate their systems and produced several misprints. Eventually they could not figure out how to print and gave up, had to refund my order..

When I first came in to look for a secured sealed envelope for an important document, the lady was very helpful and talked to me about their promotions at checkout. When I was decided to look at office chairs someone else in sales asked me can i help you, I had explain to her what I'm looking for but unfortunately her tone of voice wasn't customer friendly like she just don't want to help me and she told me you may have to go to my manager because he knows more than I do, wow that's poor customer service.

PLEASE RE-TRAIN THE OLDER GENTLEMAN WORKING THE REGISTER (12/9 @ 12:24pm). He caused unnecessary stress when trying to pay by bank card as credit and wouldn’t allow me to do so because I wouldn’t enter a pin #. Oy! ?
