I called like I have before, I didn’t have any problems the first time I called. I called because I wanted to know how much I had in my account because my mobile account login isn’t working and I wanted to schedule to come in and get that fixed so I can get a working login after being told how much was on my card. The lady on the call wouldn’t tell me because she said she needed to know my social security number, I don’t have it memorized or have it on hand with me. So then I told her I need to go get it and she says I can not help you. I had no problems the first time calling in to ask until she refused to tell me. The first time I called I wasn’t even asked for my social security I was asked for a deposit number so that’s what I had with me. If what she did was for security purposes I don’t understand it because the first time I called in I had a good encounter I gave her the number she asked me for and a few security questions and I was told how much was in my account. I think what she did was rude, and if they were able to tell me with my deposit number why wouldn’t she let me use it again to find out.

One of the friendliest and knowledgeable tellers I have ever encountered. Iola is a treasure of an employee. I am always greeted with a smile, taken care of quickly and efficiently. Blown away at the caliber of service I am consistently offered.

The service that I receive at this branch has been personal and efficient. There have been times when the branch manager has assisted the tellers when they are busy. I have never experienced waiting for service. I have always been treated like a person not a customer.

This is not Tower Bank. The level of service is shockingly low. God forbid someone actually pick up a phone when you try to call.

I moved to Fort Wayne in July of 2017. I visited around to various banks, looking for the right one to open an account with and apply for a home loan. The tellers at Old National were so welcoming! They gave me the information I was looking for, but more importantly, they felt like instant friends as they inquired about what had brought me to the area. I ended up finding my realtor through their recommendation, found my dream home, and am so pleased to have the opportunity to settle in the area and continue to do business with them! Thanks to Dawn, Hannah and the others who have made me feel welcome and have helped me see my lifelong dream of becoming a homeowner come true!
