Change your online hours to reflect to posted hours on the store! Wasted gas driving 20mins over here. Online says 8pm on Sundays and on the store front is says 7pm!

Horrible experience. Cashier didn't know what she was doing nor paid attention and left security tag on a sweater. We live an hour away. Got home and realized it so back we go. They could have cared less and said, yeah that thing doesn't always work.(referring to the door sensors - which there was 1 on the exit and 2 on the entrance.) It went off when I came back in the store. Spent over $300 that day and didn't even give me the super cash I had earned. Normally like Old Navy but won't be shopping this location ever again. There were 5 employees there but 1 working register so wait times were ridiculous as well.

I wish I could give it zero stars. One person on the register, 4 other employees on the floor. The customer at the register being helped was returning what seemed like everything she owns in her closet. We waited and waited, and eventually I put down the clothes I'd picked out and walked out. They couldn't get anyone else up to the register? Ridiculous. I'll never be back.

Great customer service! Had even signed me up with a card. I thank the cashier Logan for helping me with that. Took less than a few minutes as promised.

I would give a 0 star if I could.. poor customer service, awful awful manager all because they screwed up my date of birth on rewards, which the manager said wasn't her problem and tried getting me out of line , that I waited an hour in, instead of fixing it she was rude NEVER WILL SHOP THEIR AGAIN. Will be canceling my old navy card.Then customers got angry at me for holding up the line up the line when I was just trying to use my rewards....

I like the layout of the store the cash and the people that work in the store I really doing a good job. Customer service at Old Navy is very good.

I used to shop here all the time but quit because of their return policy & quality of clothes had gone down hill. I needed a shirt quick because of a mishap with a taco. They did not have a very good selection of tops, in my opinion. Cashier was very quiet, so I don't know if he said "hi" or "whatever". He was very loud when he was talking to his boss beside him so.... I won't be going back a time soon.

I was on my way to do some preemptive back to school shopping and pick up some clothes for the fam while I was followed around the store by a girl with brown hair who, after asking the kid at register, was revealed to be the store manager. Not coming back, felt like I was being harassed just being in the store. Very unprofessional.
