Optimum Performance Sports - Ash Center offers a great variety of classes, times, and instructors, all described as top notch. Members enjoy the cardio and weight room, the track, and basketball. The atmosphere provides a strong sense of community with very encouraging, helpful, and wonderful people, making it a motivating and enjoyable place to start the day. Access to iFit on cardio machines is also a appreciated feature.
My family and I love OPS! The kids love running the track and playing basketball. I love taking all the different classes. All the instructors and participants are very encouraging and helpful. I love starting my day here.
