Helped recharge and validate a defective battery I purchased. Replaced it under warranty. Was a good experience. Employees seem to have some experience and knowledge and interest in automotive, unlike a lot of other competitor stores.

Just went in for a diagnostic test for my check engine light. David was very knowledgeable, and also very honest when it came to the results of the diagnostics. He didn't want to suggest any particular parts as there was some confusion as to the code and what actually would fix the issue. Most walk in auto places like this haven't been very welcoming or helpful to me in the past. So David's willingness to help me figure out my issue was above and beyond what I expected, as he even helped search the web for more info for me to resolve my car issue. Still haven't figured out the real issue of the check engine light, but it turned off weeks ago and hasn't been back on thankfully ?
