Long story short I needed a new battery and a battery installment. when I call the store in the morning December 17th I was told they cannot do battery installment on my type of car which is a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. I didn't want to go to a mechanic shop and waste 300 or $400 just for them to put in a new battery. I went drove to O'Reilly's that night and I asked them to double my car out and to see if they can replace my battery. the first guy said no but then Steve came in and saved the night. He looked at my battery and he was like" oh I could replace that in 6 minutes" and in 6 minutes he's did. Thank you so much Steve you save the night and you save my Christmas vacation trip.

The folks at O’Reilly’s auto parts are so helpful. I had to help my stepdaughter change out her battery and they made sure that we had everything we needed. This is a friendly helpful place.

Went in for a new alternator, they said they had one, tested it, said it was good. It wasn’t, so I spent damn near $300 for an alternator that didn’t work with no warranty as well. Make sure you get what you pay for. Doubt I’ll do business with oreilly again.
