Best service in Fort Wayne. Emerson and Jessie are amazing! They are so patient, kind and will always go the extra mile to help you. I go out of my way and drive a few extra miles just for the customer service.

Very Friendly staff, quick and efficient. One of the ladies makes these cute crochet characters. We will have to make a stop back in in a couple months to see what else she’s made.:)

Their system is down. They cannot give any estimate or a ballpark for anything over the phone. You will need to send an email with exact dimensions and weight then, after they read your email and if their system is not down, you may be gonna get “something”. Very unhelpful, unprofessional, stale people who do not care. Enjoy!

Have never had to do much here other than the basics - handing off returns, mostly - but every interaction has been quick, easy, and cordial! Helps they take USPS as the drop off boxes around the area are envelope size only.

Younger girl working this morning was a HUGE help to me!!! I am in retail, I would hire her in a heart beat! Older guy white hair completely unprofessional and rude. Very short with me. This rating is strictly off the girl. Good service. The guy, we can do without.

**DUSTIN VIRAG** AT THE PAKMAIL IN FORT WAYNE, INDIANA (he owns this business) CLAIMS HE IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAD ACCESS TO MY BAG AND THAT THERE WAS NO CASH. HE DID NOT HAVE ANY VIDEO FOR THE TIME HE WAS ALONE WITH OUR BAG AND THIS WAS APPARENTLY THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY FOR CASH TO BE STOLEN. **THEY WILL NOT IN ANY WAY FIX THIS EVEN IF WE HAVE PROOF THE CASH WAS IN THE BAG WHEN PAKMAIL PICKED IT UP FROM THE HOTEL.**So we went to Indiana this weekend. One of our bags was left behind and it happened to have cash in it. We contacted the hotel and no one had even been in our room yet. They listed off the contents of the bag for me including the exact amount of cash. It was all there. The hotel required that the bag be sent back using PakMail through their hotel's stated policy. I contacted PakMail as the cash was not in it at pick up and they told me they never received the cash. According to PakMail they keep 24-hour surveillance so I contacted the police department regarding my issue and they are following up on the video at both locations. Only PakMail should have had any contact with the bag after it left the hotel. PakMail went through all of the contents of the bag and removed everything from the bag. They stored the contents of my bag separately from my bag. They did this without first asking for consent despite being provided with my name and phone number as it was already identified as our belongings.I would strongly recommend avoiding this company as their staff seemed deceptive. When I called in they did not verify who I was but the lady attending the phone (without me providing my name or what kind of bag it was - not even providing a date yet) stated that no cash came with my items and they do not have it. Additionally, they did not verify the person picking up my bag in any way. The hotel has been very accommodating regarding this issue and is reviewing their camera footage; however, PakMail has been evasive and was not even taking me seriously at all until I filed a police report.

Jessie was so wonderful. She answered all my questions and was extremely friendly. I refuse to go to the other places.....Pak Mail can take care of it all! Go see Jessie!

Bought 5 brass plates about 14" x 6" and 2lb each = total 10lbs. at Strawser Auction. Had Pakmail ship, no special packaging and all boxed together, fed ex ground Fort Wayne to St. Louis (370 miles) ...$76.86. Total shocked...

I went in to send a small birthday package to my dad. Not having any idea of what packaging I would need to ship it and also offer protection from damage. The person that was working was absolutely fantastic!! Friendly, efficient and so helpful. All I had to do was show her what I was sending and she took it from there. I paid and left. She took care of addressing it and packaging it. I highly recommend Pak Mail for all of your shipping needs (plus they have cute little gifts in the store)
